For All Extension Clients (Locs, I Tip, K Tip, MicroLink, Weft) deposits are determined at the initial Consultation appointment and are required that day.
Deposit- All services require a deposit. So please be deposit ready when booking your appointments . Any Service $100 or less requires a deposit of $30. Any service that are over $100 will require a deposit of $75 to hold this time slot. This deposit is to ensure the time for the appointment that you are requesting. We understand that most will not prefer this, but this is to best protect the time of our clients and staff against any no shows. This deposit is nonrefundable. You may reschedule one time with this deposit. If you require a new date after the initial transfer you will be required to place a new deposit for your appointment. We understand that life happens and we will accommodate if you're ill or an emergency occurs. This is the only time you will be allowed to transfer your deposit again. Again All Deposits go toward your service.

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. We kindly ask that you give us a minimum of a 48-hour notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled services. Any appointments that are a “no show” will be subject to 100% of scheduled services. If you have no-showed an appointment and want to schedule another service, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service will be required to reserve your time.
Grace & Exceptions - We understand that accidents happen, people get sick, emergencies occur. We will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions with grace. Unfortunately, we do record these occurrences so as to prevent abuse of the policy. If this becomes a habit, we will have to charge a cancellation fee.
Late Fee- We understand life happens and you may be running a little behind we allow a 15 minute grace period/ window for you to arrive at the appointment time. I’m the em ent you are more than 15 minutes late there will be a Late Fee charged to your total cost of service. If this becomes an every appointment thing you will need to place a 50% deposit for all future appointments.
In the Event that you are un happy with your service, notice must be given by client within 48hrs of the service date. A complimentary appointment will be offered and must happen with 1 week of the original appointment. If this does not occur you will need to book a new appointment at the cost the client.
LOC EXTENSION POLICY
A 50% non refundable deposit is REQUIRED to lock in the date given to you. The remaining balance is due upon completion, NO REFUNDS.Loc maintenance service and styling fees are not included in the installation cost. These services are an additional cost and are recommended after installation, but not required.You can reschedule your appointment if necessary however there are NO REFUNDS for deposits. If you are not completely satisfied upon completion of your Loc Extensions Dare 2 Be Different will make every effort to correct any issues.All concerns must be address within 48 hours of the service. the Compl service must be made with 2 weeks of install. Please keep in mind that every stylist has their own technique of doing Loc Extensions. We understand that photos may be sent/shown to give an idea of how you may desire you're extensions to be however, please keep in mind that "your" hair is not someone else's hair. There are a lot of factors that play a part in the final outcome of your Loc Extensions. Some of those factors will include texture, thickness or thinness of your hair, the health of your edges, the size of your head and the length of your neck. Your Loc Extension outcome will depend solely on these factors and not a photo.
